Oceanside home 109, dock,kayaks,bikes,pool,fishing

Nicely equipped, well maintained, quiet property. The bikes and kayaks were a nice touch and the house had everything we needed and more. My only criticism on this property was the pull out couch. The house was listed as a 6 person unit. We had 6 people stay and two had to spend 6 nights on the pull out couch, which is basically an air mattress that didn’t even seem to be queen sized. Having one adult or two children on the pull out may be ok, but two full size adults just wasn’t comfortable. Overall, great property though and I would recommend staying here.

Well-appointed house with great amenities. My family of five enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, as well as the pool and kayaks. John responded quickly to my inquiries, and he had great suggestions for dining and activities. Would definitely recommend!

Unit 109 was exceptional. It was fully stocked with cookware, the washer and dryer was super nice to have for our big family, beds were comfy, and everything was clean. We loved having kayaks to use in the bay, and the boat dock was awesome for our rental boat. We loved the patio, and it was so awesome to sit on the dock at night and watch for falling stars as there’s minimal light pollution. Murray’s market was nice for getting a few things and ice, and the Winn Dixie 15 minutes away was great for bigger grocery trips. The grill worked nicely. Fish cleaning station was sweet. We had the very best time. Ten stars.

Well maintained and clean. Close to beaches and Key West. It has a small beach of it's own that maybe doesn't look too appealing. But if you jump on a kayak and row away a few hundred feet, the water is beautiful. Our unit was great. I wuld just add more utensils. There were around 4-5 spoons, wich for a group of 5 is not that much.

Everything was great, very nice property. Clean and beautiful!! Highly recommended
